In the outplacement center [VKKJ Ambulatorium Strebersdorf](http://www.vkkj.at/unsere-leistungen/ambulatorien/strebersdorf) persons (e.g children with muscular dystrophy) get therapies and recommendations for Assistive Technology. In coorporation with VKKJ, students would be coupled with a handicapped person to define and implement a specialized solution for him/her. Typical solutions involve switches, eyetracking, speech recognition or the FLipMouse and enable PC control, communication or gaming.

## ToRaDes - SmartHome modules
|
|

Design a new module for the ToRaDes Smart Home ecosystem.
|
|
|
|
We currently develop different smart home modules, based on the ESP32 chip.
|
|
|
|
To extend the possibilities with these modules, one or more new modules maybe developed.
|
|
|
|
One example could be a window/door sensor, which reports opened/closed doors or windows to the smart home
|
|
|
|
framework (HomeAssistant).
|
|
|
|
|
|

## AsTeRICS: Handtracking with Intel Real Sense 3D camera
|
